Shipping

All products purchased from Flux are delivered via TARDIS to the precise location and point in time specified at checkout. Because we specialize in time and space travel, this means you can even order things to be delivered in the past. Once your order is received, we pull the item, package it, and then hop in one of our TARDISes to deliver it. In the case of purchasing a TARDIS, we will not package it, but will still deliver it to you.The cost of shipping, unless otherwise stated, is $5 per order. Please note that we do not ship products to areas that are considered hostile enviroments, such as those in war, during the point in time requested.

 

 

Returns

 While we hope you never have to or want to return a product sold by Flux, we understand that life happens. Wheter you receive the product damaged, unfunctional, doesn't work the way you wanted it to, or if you simply just change your mind, feel free to call us to arrange a return. All of our products may be returned within 30 item days for any reason, other than damage that occured after delivery.  Returned products will be inspected to ensure that they are compliant with our return policy before a refund is issued. Refunds will be issued in the same currency and form of payment that was used when the order was originally placed.
