This oil will cause any gear based machinery to shutdown and become unfunctional until it is removed. After the oil is poured, it quickly applies itself to all gears and acts like a gluelike substance to prevent them from moving. Basically, if it moves, it doesn't. Very useful if you run into rogue Clockwork Droids or any other unruly machines. Due to the color of the oil, a wine glass is a perfect way to conceal it.
